to breathe over somebody's shoulder

What did you think when first see this expression ^^ breathe over somebody's shoulder hmm lets think one of your friend and he/she right behind you and breathing also her/his breath is stinks ^^ it s definitely disgusting. But the idea is that person watches you.. About what you doing are you doing your job etc etc ^^  I hope you get the idea lets check out the video ^^
